The Manifesto says which direction Cedra goes. This page describes how that direction could be built.
Could, not will. None of it stands, none of it is funded, none of it has a date. What this page can do is be precise — so that later it is possible to check what I claimed beforehand.
Not another eco-smartphone, but a hybrid: at its core a full smartphone. With a controller unit it is meant to become a dual-screen handheld for playing and learning; in the dock, a console on the big screen. Plus a family panel and learning features. Screwed, not glued; swappable modules; spare parts for years — and an AI that computes locally first.
Step 2 · Specification on paperA social network that does not fight for attention. Small, private circles for family and friends. A status that shows how you are doing — not what you own. Shared projects. And the place where Cedra gets co-decided: criticism, wishes and votes flow back into the project.
Step 2 · ConceptA learning platform for every age that adapts to your pace and style. Plus what school usually leaves out: basic knowledge of your own inner life — nervous system, fear, manipulation, responsibility. The parent panel supports instead of surveilling. AI here is a tool, not a warden.
Step 3 · ConceptClothing that stays. Built to be repaired, fairly sewn. Damaged pieces come back and are repaired — or reworked as a Reborn piece instead of thrown away. Fashion as craft, not as disposable goods.
Step 4 · ConceptVegan, wholesome food that stays affordable. The idea behind it: every purchase helps fund portions for people who cannot afford any. That model has a history of criticism, though — donated goods can displace local producers and create dependency. It needs testing, and probably needs building differently: buying locally rather than shipping from here.
Step 4 · Concept · open questionsThese three rules are easy to write while nothing is being produced. That is exactly why they are here already — so they can be checked later.
Renewable energy. AI and data centers devour electricity; the criticism is justified. The rule: servers and production run on renewable energy, models as small and local as possible, AI only where it solves a real problem. If that does not add up for a given plan, the plan gets cut — not the rule.
Fair work. A repairable device is worthless if the hands that build it are exploited. Fair pay and safe conditions are a requirement. Honestly though: electronics supply chains are barely fully visible even to large manufacturers. I will not be able to claim everything is clean — only to disclose what I know and what I do not.
Solarpunk and vegan. Technology and nature thought together. And veganism as the lived consequence of my own standard: avoid avoidable suffering. Not as dogma for others. As a direction for me.
Cedra is not neutral and does not claim to be. It belongs to no political party and does not want to become one. But it holds positions — and they should be stated openly, not hidden between the lines.
Equal worth. No person stands above another. Origin, gender, sexuality, faith, disability, or wealth change nothing about that. Where people are devalued, tolerance ends — not toward what someone thinks, but toward what practically follows from it.
Basic needs first. Food, water, housing, medicine, education: not rewards for performance but the precondition of dignity. No one should have to earn their existence. For food it is well documented that enough is produced globally — there it really is a question of distribution. For housing, medicine and care it is more complicated: both distribution and capacity are missing. The claim still stands.
Limit power. Wherever power concentrates, it needs contradiction, accountability, and a way to make mistakes visible. That includes Cedra — and today that simply means me.
The foundation of life. Climate, water, soil, and species are not side issues. Whoever tears the web that carries them undermines their own existence.
None of this is measured by intentions or by flags, but by consequences. Mine included.
An order, not a schedule. Step 1 is running. Whether step 2 ever begins depends on whether people and means come along — and if they do not, it stops there. That is not failure, it is the honest condition.
The five fields are not separate ventures but applications of the same standard. Each has to answer the same question: does it point in the direction of the Manifesto?
